*ORDER PROCESS
We aim to keep the order process at the-pippa-and-ike-show.com clear, simple and easy to use. Please read our page ‘How to order’ for detailed information about the order process.
All orders made by you through www.the-pippa-and-ike-show.com are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. We must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order. Acceptance of your order and thus the formation of a contract between you and us will take place when we send you an email confirming that the products you have ordered are going to be dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy as described on our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ page.
*CANCELLATION
In addition to our returns policy as described on our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ page, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods (beginning on the day of receipt). If you wish to do so, please follow the returns and cancellation procedure as described on our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ page.
If you wish to excercise this right before we have despatched the goods , please contact us asap.
*PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Every effort has been made to describe products and sizes as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. We cannot be held responsible for slight variations, or any errors made in the description of the product.
All measurements quoted are approximate only.
We try to show the colours of the products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on screen are the same as in reality, this depends, in part, on your computer and your screen settings. We cannot be held responsible for these slight variations.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any products from the website.
All products are subject to availability. If items that you have ordered are out of stock, simultanously sold in our brick and mortar shop, or subject to a delay, we will contact you by email and offer you the option to order a substitute product or cancel your order/the product in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. Where a product is not available and we cannot contact you, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not at any time supply alternative goods without your agreement.
*PRICES
All prices and charges on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling, and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges apply and these will be displayed in the order process, after you have selected the country for delivery in the shopping basket.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we have accepted your order.
Allthough we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on www.the-pippa-and-ike-show.com is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced on the website. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price of the item. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations that occur if you purchase from abroad. Nor are we responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for a specific period.
*PAYMENT
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as described on the ‘Delivery’ page. The total cost of the order will be confirmed to you on the payment page, before you are requested to make your payment.
Payment can be made with all major credit cards (mastercard, solo, switch maestro, visa, visa electron & delta, amex), debit cards and with Paypal. All payments are made via the secure Paypal website. By placing an order and making a payment you confirm that all the details that you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products from our website are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before accepting your order. Should the issuer of your card refuse to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
*DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES, FAULTY GOODS
If you live in the United Kingdom or Europe, you can place your order via the webshop (www.the-pippa-and-ike-show.com). If you live elsewhere eg in The Rest Of The World , please contact us for a shipping quote.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day, but cannot guarantee this.
Any delivery estimates given on this website are estimates only.
All deliveries require a signature.
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
It is your responsibility to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the parcel. No claims for faulty or damaged goods will be honoured after 5 days.

Please read the care instructions carefully on garments and other washable products purchased. We are not responsible for misuse or damage of garments or products during washing.
Please note it is your responsibility that products are used for purpose and age group they are designed for.
We cannot accept liability for failure to comply with instructions or warnings or recommendations specifically stated on this website or on product packaging. Our total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not at any time exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to you. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arrises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. This does not affect your statuory rights.
