How to order

How to order.

Ordering is easy...

*just browse and add items you love in the correct size, quantity and colour to the shopping cart.

*Click on ‘view cart’ at the top right side of the shop and you will be able to see all the items in your shopping basket, you can still add and delete.

*Select the country you would like the items to be shipped to, and the shipping costs will be calculated.
IMPORTANT : We currently ship to the UK and Europe via the webshop (if you live on the Isle of Man or one of the Channel Islands, please select 'United Kingdom' when asked to select your country !). If you live in The Rest of the World, please contact us and we will get a shipping quote for you (for more info see our 'Delivery' page) !

*When you are happy with the contents of your basket click ‘checkout’, and you will be taken to our secure Paypal payment page.

*On our secure Paypal payment page you will see your order summary on the left. On the right you will see the different ways to pay:
IMPORTANT : YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, OR EVEN SUBSCRIBE TO PAYPAL TO PURCHASE FROM OUR STORE !
-'Have a Paypal Account' : fill in your details here if you wish to pay with your Paypal account.
-'Don't have a Paypal Account' : select this option if you wish to pay with your DEBIT or CREDIT CARD. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, all through our Paypal payment page. Fill in all the details required, (Paypal will only use this information to process the payment securely, and to make sure the order can be processed succesfully)
- click 'Cancel & Return to The Pippa & Ike Show' if you wish to cancel the order at this stage.

*Review your information. Here you can add a note to us, for example if you would like the order to be shipped to a different address, and/or as a wrapped gift, and/or with a personal message.

* Thanks for your order page : payment is completed. A confirmation email will be send to the email address you have provided.

*You can print a receipt, the button is on the left side.

*Click 'Return to The Pippa & Ike Show' if you wish to do so.

*Please make sure you enter the correct shipping and email address, so we can make sure the parcel goes to the right address, and we will be able to contact you !

*We use Paypal for payments to ensure you it is perfectly safe to leave your details and pay online with us. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the higest level of security commercially available) We don't hold any card details from you.
