Delivery
All you need to know about the delivery.
*UK SHIPPING (inc. the Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
PLEASE NOTE : if you would like the order to be delivered to one of THE CHANNEL ISLANDS or THE ISLE OF MAN : please select 'UNITED KINGDOM' as the delivery country in the shopping cart.
We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Please provide a delivery address where there is someone to sign for the parcel, and please make sure that your shipping address details are correct when submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
We despatch on Monday to Friday and aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt of the order. Delivery times can vary, but your parcel will usually arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch.
Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.95 (unless order includes an item which is stated as heavier or bulky in the product description)
- additional shipping costs for heavier and/or bulky items will be mentioned in the product description and will be added on top.
Please note delivery to Channel Islands or Isle of Man can take longer, subject to Customs check.
*SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE.
We use Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. Please provide a delivery address where there is someone to sign for the parcel, and make sure that your shipping address details are correct when submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
We despatch on Monday to Friday and aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt of the order. Delivery times can vary, but most parcels sent to Europe arrive within 4 working days of despatch.
Delivery charges will be : £7.00 for the first item and £0.25 extra for each item on top of the first item. (unless an item is stated as heavier or bulky in the product description)
- tiny or really light items will not be charged.
- shipping costs for heavier and/or bulky items will be mentioned in the product description and will be added on top.
Please note : for certain large or heavy items like MillerGoodman Playshapes, Farg&Form changing mat or Pakhuis Oost large denim airplane, please be so kind to get in touch with us and we will get a shipping quote for you.
*SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
If you love The Pippa & Ike Show product range, but live somewhere in 'The Rest Of The World', for now you cannot place your order via the webshop, sorry ! Please contact us using the ‘contact us’ form. Tell us which products you like (inc sizes, colour, quantities etc) and your name, email address and delivery address. We will reserve the items and get a quote for the shipping costs for you. After you have confirmed you would like to continue with the order, we will send you a Paypal invoice, which you can pay via the Paypal website using your normal debit or credit card or your Paypal account. After we have received the payment we will ship it to you. Please do get in touch, we would really love to hear from you !
*IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
Orders despatched to certain countries may be subject to import duty and taxes when they reach your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, nor are we responsible for any delays that might occur in customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information before you place the order.
*PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Since we run a brick and mortar shop as well as an online shop, it might happen occasionally that a product you have ordered online has just been sold in the shop at the same time. In such a case we will contact you as soon as we can to appologise and to discuss the options with you : another colour, size, product or style, a refund or a shop voucher.
